1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of debtshiftai.com (“DebtShift,” “we,” “us,” “our”), operated by H Ali Logistics Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom. By using debtshiftai.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase any product on this site. Our free tools and educational content are not directed at children, and use by anyone under 16 should be with a parent or guardian’s involvement — see our Privacy Policy for more on this.

3. What We Provide

DebtShift provides:

Free debt calculation tools
Educational content and guides
Digital products, and DebtShift Pro, our optional monthly subscription

4. Not Financial Advice

All tools, content and products are for educational and illustrative purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, legal, or insolvency advice. DebtShift is not regulated by the FCA and is not a financial adviser. Always consult a qualified, regulated adviser before making financial decisions, and see our free help resources if you’re in financial difficulty.

5. Digital Products (One-Time Purchases)

All one-time digital products (spreadsheets, templates, fillable PDFs, and similar) are delivered instantly on purchase
Because these are digital goods delivered immediately, and you consent to that immediate delivery at checkout, you acknowledge that you lose your standard 14-day cancellation right once the product has been accessed or downloaded, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013
If a product is faulty, doesn’t match its description, or you experience a technical issue, contact admin@debtshiftai.com and we’ll resolve it — this doesn’t affect your separate statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015

6. DebtShift Pro (Subscription)

DebtShift Pro is billed monthly at the price shown at checkout and renews automatically each month until cancelled
You can cancel anytime from your account — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then
We don’t offer partial refunds for unused time in a billing period you’ve already paid for, except where required by law

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Share purchased product access, links, or passwords with others
Reproduce or resell any DebtShift content or products
Use the site for any unlawful purpose

8. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, designs and products on debtshiftai.com are owned by H Ali Logistics Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

DebtShift is not liable for any financial decisions made based on our tools or content. Results are estimates only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under English law.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to paid products or DebtShift Pro if you breach these terms, including the acceptable use rules above. Our free tools remain available to everyone regardless of account status.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
